Welcome to CIBUL PressOffice
CIBUL is the Centre for International Business, University of Leeds (CIBUL). Awarded "Gold Peak of Excellence" status in December 2005 and ranked one of the world leading international business research centre (International Business Review, August 2006), CIBUL conducts and disseminates high quality research on the conduct of international business transactions across borders.
CIBUL was created in July 1995 by the world famous Professor Peter Buckley. Now in its 11th year, it has grown from 3 to 12 full time members of staff. Its expertise in the area of international business covers the Triad and the emerging markets that are China (through CIBUL's dedicated research centre on China, the Institute for Research on Contemporary China, created in 2001) and India (through CIBUL's James E Lynch India & SOuth Asia Business Centre, created in 2004).
CIBUL PressOffice aims to act as a single point of contact between CIBUL and its user base, be it made of academics, firms, governments and researchers.
This is experimental so please let me have your feedback as to how the site can be improved and developed further.
